Jesus Loves the Little Children, Inc.

     Jesus Loves the Little Children, Inc collects and delivers items to be donated to homeless shelters, halfway houses and homeless people on the streets of Detroit. The organizations we serve right now are:

• Turning Point Ministries in Mt. Clemens, which is a shelter for battered women and children.

• MATTS Shelter in Warren, which is a homeless shelter with 70 beds. They concentrate on finding people jobs, and the people are allowed to seek shelter there for 90 days while they concentrate on changing their situation.

• MCREST in Roseville, which is an organization that feeds and gives shelter to homeless people.

We also serve homeless people by providing Hope-on-the-Go bags - Ziploc bags that contain everything from new socks to snacks, ready to hand out to people in need.

 

 Right now we are seeking monetary donations to purchase toiletries, sheets, towels, clothing, gloves, new socks, jackets, food and anything else that can be donated to the homeless. We make our deliveries to the shelters once a month. Your donations are much appreciated, and go to serving people who truly need help.
